Alma has been managing her own company Advanced Language Management Sdn. Bhd. (ALMA) for twenty-eight (28) years. She has designed and conducted numerous English language programs.

She specializes in English for Specific purposes; subsequently, her participants vary in the range of professions such as engineers, financial consultants, English teachers, and physiotherapists. Apart from corporate clients, Alma also motivates and conducts leading-edge language camps for primary, secondary, and tertiary students.

Alma’s expertise in English language training is her ability to identify her participants’ needs leading to customized content for each group. Knowing the exact needs of participants is her key to providing meaningful and satisfying sessions for her students.
