Experience and Expertise

Tasnima has over 25 years of corporate experience in Petronas. During this period, she was involved in Training & Development under HR Planning and Advertising & Promotion for Corporate Communications.

She was also involved in Strategic Branding for the development and communication of the Petronas Brand locally and globally.

Apart from the corporate experience in Petronas, Tasnima was also at the Petronas Leadership Centre (PLC) for over ten years, involved in the following activities:

• Designing, developing, and delivering key leadership programs for the leadership pipeline

• Designing, developing, and managing change programs including retirement and transition programs

• Providing career counseling and coaching as Tasnima is a MAPP (Motivational Appraisal Personal Potential) Career Assessment certified counselor as well as a certified Solution-Focused Coach.
