Empowering Graduates

(This is a spin off program of the Malaysian Government’s SL1M effort) – Empowering Graduates Programs is aimed to improve unemployed graduates’ marketability by helping to develop self-confidence and core competencies for employability. 

This two-week activity focuses on developing soft skills, in the areas of communication, critical and creative thinking as well as organizational adaptability. Eventually, successful participants will be prepared for interviews with companies (SMEs and major Corporations) that may take in the candidates to become talents in their organizations.
