Experience and Expertise 

Hazdiana is presently the Principal Consultant / Managing Director of Anneige Ventures Sdn Bhd which is set up to build leaders and to help people to grow by understanding their true selves and potential. Over the past year, she has been actively involved in working with a national NGO to develop leadership amongst young talents.

Her 16 years of experience working with Petronas as a Learning & Development Specialist and an In-house Career Coach has given her the opportunity to be part of the organization’s leaders’ leadership journey through her insightful career coaching sessions and her engaging, fun, and insightful learning experience.

Hazdiana had vast experience in consulting work, particularly in the area of leadership development. This includes conducting the complete spectrum of learning processes starting from Training Needs Analysis, Design, Development, Implementing, and Evaluation (ADDIE). She designed, developed, and delivered various leadership training programs for Petronas leaders based on Accelerated Learning and Adult Learning approaches. Her multinational learners consist of PETRONAS staff (executive and non-executives), scholars, and participants of the Graduate Employment Enhancement Scheme.

Hazdiana has also conducted numerous career coaching sessions primarily with PETRONAS executives ranging from scholars, new executives, and middle managers including those with more than 30 years of working experience.  As an experienced Certified Practitioner in various Psychometric and Personality Assessment tools such as MAPP, MBTI, and TRAIT, she was able to use these tools effectively in helping leaders to make meaningful career decisions. She was also the Master Trainer for PETRONAS ‘Personal Career Planning’ Programme which was jointly developed with Right Management.
